We recently took the plunge and bought a house in Larchmont! We first started looking in Larchmont about three years ago and got in touch with Mary Gail Barry. Over the last three years, we have gone back and forth about whether to live in the city or move out, what “burb” to choose (we looked at the Rivertowns, CT, NJ as well) and still never made a decision. Mary Gail has really been with us every step of the way – she is one of the most responsive, thoughtful, and trustworthy professionals I have ever dealt with in any capacity. She quickly understood where we were coming from and truly worked tirelessly to find us a place that would be a perfect match for us. We literally have been through every process with her, from buying an existing home to buying land and working with builders to build our own home. In the end we actually ended up not building a houseand just recently found a place that we love and our moving next month. Throughout the last three years, Mary Gail has literally held our hand throughout this process and has truly been invaluable to me and my family.
