Mary Gail is amazing and will make your home-buying process simpler and smoother than it should ever really be. First of all, she has an encyclopedic knowledge of each house and it's history (including price history). Second of all, she knows everyone and every place in town. Third, she has the process down cold. She's kind, funny and extremely patient and does not push you, nor does she force her upon opinion on you. She's objective and always responsive and available to give her informed, measured advice. Let's put it this way - Mary Gail is the person that other realtors go to for advice.
