The experience I had with Dana Barry was A+ from beginning to end. My apartment was up for sale for one year without any offers (and zero feedback or suggestions other than to lower the price) with a previous agency. When Dana took over the listing she researched what the previous potential buyers didn’t like about the apartment and then suggested changes to the apartment at a very low cost to show what potential the apartment truly has.
