2 years ago Mary Gail Barry helped us find our first home in Larchmont. We were skeptical of the 'burbs and decided to rent-- the house Mary Gail found for us was perfect, and two years later we decided to commit to Larchmont. Once again Mary Gail helped us find the perfect home. Through the rental process, she got a feel for what we liked (and didn't like!), so when we were ready to buy, she helped us narrow down to only those homes that might be appealing, really helping to maximize our time. This was our first home purchase and she guided us through every step of the process. Having grown up in Larchmont, she knows every house in town and knows everyone related to the home buying process. That local knowledge cannot be learned in a day-- it's built over time and is priceless! I hope to never move again, but if we do, I will definitely contact Mary Gail first.
