Initially, she showed us a range of homes, per our request, to help us see a variety of alternatives. After we understood the different alternatives, Mary Gail honed in on showing us homes that fit our style and personality. As we visited potential homes, Mary Gail was great at helping us visualize how design elements of certain homes could be easily improved to fit our style. This was very helpful as we didn’t let little imperfections in design that didn’t fit our style get in the way of seeing the bigger picture of the home’s potential. As a local in Westchester/Larchmont for most of her life, she has a lot of knowledge of the area and offered us great “insider tips” before we relocated about everything from schools to restaurants. Finally, Mary Gail is very friendly and has a great personality that clicked with us immediately. She was never pushy but always managed to offer insightful perspectives and thoughts when she knew we needed it. She always went out of the way to fit our schedule even if it meant returning home from vacation early or changing her plans to accommodate our schedule. We highly recommend Mary Gail!
