Mary Gail was wonderful in every respect. Not only did she help us get an offer on our home home within hours of listing it, but one that was above what we felt was a good asking price that had been established in a rigorous way. The experience I had with Dana Barry was A+ from beginning to end. My apartment was up for sale for one year without any offers (and zero feedback or suggestions other than to lower the price) with a previous agency.
